Minister Steve Turner further studied at the Elijah School of the Prophets Institute, receiving certification in:" Understanding Prophetic Ministry "given on February 13, 2003. Minister Steve Turner was ordained, consecrated and installed to the office of: Minister of Music, under Prophet Reese Powell, PhD, Pastor of the Army of God Church in Christ, Inc. on Aug 31, 2003. On December 18, 2004 Minister Steve was ordained to the office of Elder by Pastor Herman Mack, Senior Pastor of: Praise Temple Worship Center Worldwide Inc. and through the approval & certification of: Apostle Aaron Claxton, Overseer of: End-time Ministries of Christ International, Inc. Elder Turner's long tenure in God's service to the community & citizens of Baltimore, Washington DC has now prepared him to preach,teach,write,sing,play,act,and counsel "Beyond the Borders of Baltimore!".
